Customized Orders: Normal processing time takes between (10-21) business days processing time for braided wigs and (7-14) business days for custom virgin hair wigs. Based on the fact that all our customized wigs are mostly HANDMADE not MACHINE MADE, we make sure all orders are seamless and we follow through with every process of the wig in order to satisfy our customers. Your total delivery time is based on the shipping option you have selected in addition to our processing time. Other non custom virgin hair wigs takes (14-20) business days processing time if they are not available or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.."Weekends and Holidays are not counted as our official working days"

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. To insure your package please select Priority Mail, Expedited Shipping and message info@newcrownbraiding.com to add signature required at an additonal cost. We are not responsible
for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect address. Please proofread prior to submitting your order and verify when you receive confirmation email to ensure address and details are correct.
Shipping timelines are generally not guaranteed therefore, we are unable to reimburse shipping if arriving later than expected. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.
Any order returned to our facility without previous authorization from Newcrownbraiding.com (ie. unauthorized returns, refused packages, incorrect address, etc...) will be treated as a return.

*** If package has not been delivered on your delivery date, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible as we do have a time frame to set up claims and or investigations with our mail carriers. We unfortunately cannot guarantee any results for deliveries after package has been delivered for more than 30 days from when you claim. Unfortunately we have a time frame that we cannot overlook and if the package shows to have been delivered more than 30 days ago we cannot assure a claim can be set up with the carriers.
Certain deliveries require signature confirmation. In the event that no one is present to sign for your delivery, your local USPS Post Office will hold your package for up to 15 calendar days. If your package is sent back to us after 15 calendar days, we will be in contact regarding a reshipment. Once USPS shows the tracking information of your package in their system, Bedroom Boss Vibes, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages. For any USPS returned shipments (no signature for delivery or insufficient address) if the buyer still wishes to receive their item they will be responsible for the shipping fee associated. If the buyer requests a refund after the returned shipment. the shipping fee is not refunded and will the cost be deducted from the refund.
